Terms of use

Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Stable Growth AS (org. no. 833 364 162), Mo i Rana, Norway ("we"), the company behind Deckster. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

The beta

Deckster is in closed beta. Features will change, some things will break, and we may reset or end beta access. We work hard to keep your collection safe, but please export a copy now and then (Settings → Import & export). Testers may get Premium for free during the beta. That ends when the beta ends, and we will tell you before it does.

Your account

Free and Premium

Your content

Your collections, notes and other data stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them only as needed to run Deckster for you, including showing them to the people you share them with. When you share by link, anyone who has the link can see what you shared, so only send it to people you trust and turn it off when you're done.

Fair use

Don't use Deckster to break the law, to harm other people or the service, to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or to collect data from the service automatically. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.

Card data and prices

Card information and images come from Scryfall, and prices come from third-party sources. They are for reference only and may be wrong or out of date. Check before you buy, sell or trade, and don't treat a price in Deckster as an offer or as financial advice.

Trademarks

Deckster is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering and its card names, symbols and art belong to Wizards of the Coast LLC. The Deckster name and logo belong to Stable Growth AS.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Deckster available, but it can be down for maintenance or because of problems with our providers. We may change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using Deckster and delete your account.

Liability

We provide Deckster with reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, by wrong card or price data from third parties, or by how you use the information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under Norwegian and EU law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will try to sort it out. Consumers can also get free help with the dispute from the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) or bring a case before the courts where they live.
